About Me
I am an
Associate Professor of Computer Science and the College of Engineering, Computing and
Applied Sciences
Dean’s Professor at Clemson University. I previously was a
Visiting/Contracting Researcher at Microsoft Research. I obtained my PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from the
University of Notre Dame under the direction of
Collin McMillan. My main research interest is in
software engineering, focused on productivity, remote work, virtual reality (VR), onboarding, source code comprehension, computer science education, and software engineering for autism. I've also worked in industry as a software engineer for a startup company and at multiple medium sized companies.
I direct the
DevLab@Clemson.
